Book a session for up to 8 of you in a Friends’ Sauna, take the time to relax and share an exceptional experience with your friends. Soak up the heat in an unparalleled sauna experience, complemented by the opportunity for invigorating cold-water immersion. This unique combination is designed to optimise overall wellbeing and leave you feeling thoroughly revitalised.  It costs £10 for the cold water tub for the session as we fill it each time with fresh water to maintain cleanliness.

Join us for a Shared Sauna alongside a group of up to 5 like-minded individuals (6 people maximum to give you more space) we foster a gentle and sociable atmosphere where like-minded individuals can connect. This unique combination is designed to optimise overall wellbeing and leave patrons thoroughly revitalised. It costs £10 for the cold water tub for the session. 

Join us with your family/friends at Sauna Hut for a memorable experience. In this session the whole family get to go and relax in the hot sauna and refresh with cold water, with the added option for those who do not wish to sauna (aged 6+) to try their hand at a range of immersive engaging activities such as stick carving; fire lighting;  using Kelly kettles; den making; pyrography and coracle use. We are also happy to support corporate events such as ’team building’ or ‘wellbeing events’, private parties etc. Please contact us to discuss your event!  Due to the practicalities of set up; pack down ; cleaning and travel we offer the minimum of a 2 hour sauna session for the cost of £250. We need good vehicle access, a flat spot to park and access to a cold water tap. Travel from our base in Gower is free for up to ten miles. We are likely to have more time to join you from Monday to Friday.
